The Study Visit of FCS Students to the Telcomm Company is carried out

Today, March 6, 2024, the students of the Faculty of Computer Sciences (FCS) have carried out a scientific study visit to the well-known Telcomm company. This visit followed a successful journey of the students, led by Professor Betim Maloku.

Professor Maloku, who led the group of students, has organized this study tour as an opportunity to expand the students’ knowledge about the telecommunications and information technology sector. The students had the opportunity to get to know the work processes in the Telcomm company and gain new knowledge from professionals in the field.

Through this study visit, students had the opportunity to see in practice how a company specialized in telecommunications is developed and how the latest technologies are used in this sector.

The visit followed a structured program that included presentations by Telcomm experts, interactive discussions, and deep familiarization with the company’s infrastructure. The students have expressed their interest and satisfaction for this rich experience and have shown the desire to continue cooperation in the future with similar companies in the field of telecommunications.

This event has been marked as a positive step towards building close ties between the FCS and companies in the telecommunications industry, providing an important platform for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between academia and the private sector. It is worth noting that this activity was planned by the Industrial Advisory Board in the FCS as part of the activity plan for 2024.
